Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy states that you have 30 days from the date you receive an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of return shipping is always the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.

You can ship the item yourself or use our courier. The cost varies depending on the country from which it is shipped. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As noted above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
